1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "vd77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the vd77 platform and its operating entity, accessible at vd77.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses any service provided by vd77.
• "Platform" refers to the vd77 website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, casino lobby, cashier and all associated services available at vd77.io.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the vd77 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held within a Player's vd77 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process vd77 applies to all Accounts at registration and prior to first withdrawal.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used by vd77 for all time-sensitive operations including match start times and promotion expiry.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on vd77, by depositing funds, by placing a bet, or by using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the vd77 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They supplement any additional terms that may apply to specific products, promotions or features on the Platform, which will be disclosed at the relevant point of use.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

3. Eligibility

Use of the vd77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vd77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification is conducted at registration and at the point of first withdrawal request. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities are not eligible to hold Accounts on vd77.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any court, regulatory or third-party order prohibiting your participation in online gambling.
• You must not be currently employed by vd77 or by any supplier, partner, game studio or contractor working directly with vd77 in a capacity that provides access to non-public platform information.
• You must access the Platform from your own device and account. Sharing Accounts or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

vd77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold one Account only on the vd77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and active mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify vd77 promptly of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. vd77 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact vd77 support immediately at [email protected].

vd77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for the refusal.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with anti-money laundering obligations, vd77 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during the Account lifecycle where vd77 reasonably requires confirmation of identity.

Documents required for KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document — such as a National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence — clearly showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence — issued within the last three months and showing your name and address.
• In certain circumstances, proof of the payment method used — such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number.

All documents must be submitted in clear, legible form with no alterations, redactions or obscured sections. vd77 will process KYC submissions within one to three business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion. vd77 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.

Providing false, fraudulent or stolen identity documents is a serious criminal offence. Any Account found to have submitted fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed, all Funds will be withheld, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vd77 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency accounts or transactions are supported at this time.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. vd77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours. vd77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with vd77's anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to four business hours during standard operating hours (9:00 AM — 11:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.

vd77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are deemed unusual in pattern or frequency. Such checks may extend the processing timeline. Players are required to cooperate fully with any requests for supporting documentation in connection with a withdrawal request.

All Funds deposited into your vd77 Account must be your own and must originate from payment instruments registered in your name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

vd77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have successfully completed Account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games list and expiry period. These details are communicated clearly at the point the bonus is offered and are accessible within your Account at all times.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more. The bonus carries a wagering requirement as specified in the active promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal can be made.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains unconverted will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• vd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus amounts already credited to a Player's Account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

All sports betting on the vd77 Platform — including cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports — is subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movement.
• vd77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or the result of which is determined by means other than the legitimate sporting outcome (for example, a match abandoned due to weather, forfeiture, or administrative error).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and platform availability. vd77 does not accept liability for missed in-play betting opportunities resulting from internet connection issues on the Player's side.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. vd77 reserves the right to adjust individual Player bet limits at its discretion based on betting patterns.
• Any bet found to have been placed following access to insider information, in collusion with a player or official involved in the relevant sporting event, or in any other manner inconsistent with fair sporting conduct, will be voided and the staked amount forfeited.
• All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup and bilateral series — are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Match times referenced on vd77 are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

9. Casino Games

All casino games available on the vd77 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games and instant-win products — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, on physically dealt cards and wheels operated by trained dealers.

vd77 does not control the RNG or the live dealer mechanics of third-party game content. If a technical fault occurs within a third-party game during a Player's session, the outcome of that game round will be governed by the game provider's own technical fault policy, which is available within the game information panel of each title.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is stated in the game's information section. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. No strategy, system or software can alter the RTP or predict outcomes in a certified RNG game.

vd77 reserves the right to void the result of any casino game round where a technical error, software malfunction or breach of game rules is detected. In such cases, the staked amount for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vd77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain any competitive or statistical advantage not available to standard Players.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any structured wagering strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or circumvent risk controls.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, including but not limited to poker, baccarat or roulette, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, theft or any other unlawful source.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or with the experience of other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise extract the source code or underlying algorithms of any part of the vd77 Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the vd77 Platform — including but not limited to the vd77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio-visual elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vd77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of vd77.

The vd77 name and logo may not be used in any context — including on social media, websites, marketing materials or commercial communications — without the prior written permission of vd77.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the vd77 Platform.

vd77 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party network issues and circumstances beyond vd77's control may cause temporary service interruptions. vd77 shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a Player as a result of such interruptions.

vd77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall in no event exceed the total value of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Responsible Gaming

vd77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Players. The Platform offers a range of tools accessible from within your Account settings to help you manage your gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your Account is suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet or access any game.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

vd77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account on vd77, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of services on the Platform. vd77 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

All data transmissions between your device and the vd77 Platform are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. vd77 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

vd77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vd77 will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the Account.

The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. vd77 accepts no liability for a Player's failure to read updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the vd77 Platform.

In the event of a dispute between vd77 and a Player, vd77 encourages the Player to contact our customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Our support team will endeavour to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly, typically within five business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you agree that the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Both parties agree to be bound by the outcome of any arbitration proceeding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent vd77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
